Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, the Net•Yield system administrator may reset your password to your user name. The user can change their own password in User Password.

When you select the Reset Password option a Select A User option window will appear with a list of all defined Net•Yield users. Select the user whose password needs to be reset. The system's user ID and the name of the user will appear.

The following message displays: "Reset Password? No/Yes."

• Select no to go back to the list of users to choose another user name.
• Select yes and the following message will appear: "User password will be reset to user ID. Continue? No/Yes.
  • Select no and the password will not be changed. You will be returned to the Select A User window.
  • Select yes and the user password will be set to the user ID. You will be returned to the Select A User window.
